Terms and Conditions

  1. The client is deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions upon the remittance of the registration fee for The Wellspring Group LLC’s Write Now Author’s Course, or from the Effective Date of June 1, 2022.
  2. Payment Terms.- Client agrees to pay the total cost for the Author’s Course as deemed by the website https://learning.thinkwellspring.com/6figurepublisher.
  3. Design, Service, and/or Training Fees - The Design Fees have been calculated by totaling the cost of the Estimate and Options for the Services and individual projects.

  4. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall expire one hundred eighty (180) Business Days thereafter.
  5. Wellspring represents warrants and covenants that the Work Product(s) will comply with general technical requirements and applicable industry standards for final output, such as file format, resolution, and color specifications. 
  6. All submission deadlines must be met in alignment with the program requirements for book publication in 6 months.
  7. All fees associated with the author's course are non-refundable.
  8. WORK PRODUCT (PRINT BOOK DESIGN) -Description of Services for Work Product Covered by Design Fee:  Provider will use its technical and artistic abilities to create a visual design to be used as a print book cover for Client’s and/or Client Beneficiaries’ manuscript(s). The provider will use ideas generated from the book synopsis and any additional information Client and/or Client Beneficiaries provide regarding their conceptual and aesthetic preferences. To ensure the work is congruent with their conceptual expectations, the Provider will present to Client and/or Client Beneficiaries a sample paperback book cover design, to which Client and/or Client Beneficiaries will approve or deny and offer feedback (conceptual input) to achieve the desired outcome. Provider expects Client and/or  Client Beneficiaries to be as descriptive as possible to minimize the number of changes. 
  9. Print Book Cover Design Exclusions for Print: Client and/or Client  Beneficiaries will not be permitted to request two (2) separate designs for the print book cover regardless of the chronology or timeframe of when the designs were requested and/or commenced. If Client and/or Client Beneficiaries approve a print book cover design first, then Provider will apply the approved design to the e-book cover whether concurrently with the existing project or thereafter. Inversely, if Client and/or Client Beneficiaries approve an e-book design cover first, then Provider will apply the approved design to the print book cover whether concurrently with the existing project or thereafter.
  10. All Client’s information and materials are considered confidential and only for use by the Editor and Course Published to provide a quote or complete a project. 
  11. The author agrees that Publisher can use the content or images of completed Work Products on their respective Website(s) and/or other promotional material to market and promote their respective services.
