Wellspring’s Supplier Diversity Program

At Wellspring, our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion extends to the choices we make as suppliers of services and goods.

We cherish the value that diversity brings to our employees, clients, and the communities we serve. That’s why we’re committed to developing an inclusive supplier base, encouraging our employees to prioritize diversity in every procurement decision they make.

Our Supplier Diversity Program reflects our commitment to creating opportunities in our supply chain for companies owned by women, minorities, and other groups from historically marginalized communities. We partner with advocacy organizations and chambers of commerce to identify qualified businesses, and then foster these relationships through coaching and mentoring.

Designing our procurement processes this way has strengthened our firm, created opportunities for economic empowerment in the communities where we operate, and become a source of competitive advantage.

We view supplier diversity as an investment in the growth of our business, a commitment to support our clients’ initiatives, and support for underrepresented communities.

How do I obtain diverse supplier certification?

We encourage diverse suppliers seeking to do business with us to obtain third-party certification through one or more of the following advisory councils and organizations.

Doing Business with Us

Small and diverse companies interested in doing business with us should register by emailing our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Team at [email protected]. A member of our DEIB Team will contact you within 24 hours. Our team will lead you through a brief supplier verification process and provide you with credentials that will allow you access to our Supplier Portal. After this verification and Supplier Portal onboarding process, Wellspring’s DEIB Team will reach out to you when relevant purchasing opportunities arise that match your company’s profile.

While we cannot guarantee contract awards through this process, Wellspring’s policy is to first review the Supplier Portal for any vendors that qualify for our Supplier Diversity Program. This supplier registration process continues to offer suppliers that identify with underrepresented communities greater visibility to our purchasing staff.
