Who are Wellspring's Helpline Providers?
Our Human Resources and DEI Providers are certified by Wellspring to provide outstanding case-by-case support to employees in a wide variety of industries and workplace roles. They occupy a diverse array of intersecting identities and social locations relative to race, ethnicity, gender expression, gender identity, age, ability, and immigration experience.
Wellspring Providers are required to be PHR or SHRM certified, have certifications in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, or have an advanced degree in a related subject area with an extensive work history dedicated to the field. Each has served in direct service, management, and consulting roles in organizations such as the foundations, Chambers of Commerce, local, state, and federal government agencies, healthcare institutions, as well as a wide variety of nonprofits, arts organizations, and social enterprises.
