Kadesh Simms Conroy

Kadesh received her MBA and Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management and Information Systems at Northeastern University, where she received an award from NEHRA for her exceptional academic performance. She is a Senior Certified Human Resources Management Professional and her people strategy and leadership development experience as an HR Generalist for Novartis Pharmaceuticals. She became the national Human Resources Director for the B.E.L.L. (Building Educated Leaders for Life) Foundation in 2015 and, in 2017, became SVP and Global Director of Human Resources for Ivy Gate International, a higher education management company based in Shanghai. Today, Kadesh also serves as the Chief People & Culture Officer of Jewish Vocational Services of Boston.  In May 2023, she received an Annual Award of Distinction from the Human Resources Leadership Forum for her work with JVS.

Chris is a General Partner and co-founder of Wellspring. He is a graduate of Amherst College and a certified Project Management Professional. He possesses over 15 years of experience in leading change management initiatives and Human Resources projects within education and behavioral healthcare organizations.

Prior to launching Wellspring with his wife, Kadesh Simms Conroy, Chris began his career as a classroom teacher at the middle and high school levels, and he also prepared curriculum and taught workforce development classes to adult learners.

Chris lives on the South Shore of Massachusetts with Kadesh and their four children.
